• Comment: I am sorry I cannot remember my technician's name, Kevin I believe? He was very good, prompt and efficient. He assessed current state of carpet and advised what would result in making them look the nicest given their old condition. There is such a difference after cleaning, so worth it and so glad I scheduled this!
